Post School Services
This program provides assistance for young people to make the transition from school to adult life. The program empowers each individual to develop the skills necessary to participate within their communities and adopt a valued role in their families.
The program also supports parents and carers to plan for the young person's future by identifying the networks and skills needed to ensure they have every chance of achieving success.
The Post School Services Program of Burnett Respite Services Inc operates from the St Mary's Community Centre, 139 Barolin Street, Bundaberg. The contact phone number is 41516811. Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm, with day programs operating Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
