This organisation is committed to providing services of the highest quality to people with a disability.
These policies and procedures are one of the tools in use to ensure each and every member of the organisation understands their responsibilites in relation to each facet of service delivery.
To ensure we are, at all times, transparent and accountable to our community, these policies and procedures are made available for all stakeholders to read and understand. Our policies are to be found in four sections under the headings The Organisation, Service Users, Staffing and Administration.
The following Policies have been reviewed and are current as of March 2010.
