This is based on a “2-person with sleep-over” model.

Ideally, the person we are looking for will be:

• Male

• Mid 30s +

• Enjoys going out for dinner, the movies, playing sport, etc

• Have a fun and sociable personality

This home comes with undercover front and rear outdoor spaces.  There is a fully accessible wet-room, a modern kitchen and is fully tiled throughout.  The house is secure and has a spacious grassed back yard, as well as access to a heated swimming pool that is wheelchair accessible.
